Boo-scotti

For the parents at the party, make these white and dark chocolate-dipped cookies for their coffee (they’ll need it for the night of trick-or-treating ahead of them!).

Customize the biscotti to your liking with chocolatey embellishments.

Ingredients

  • biscotti
  • white chocolate, chopped
  • dark chocolate, chopped

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, microwave white chocolate until melted, stirring in 30-second intervals.
  2. Dip biscotti into melted chocolate, then place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until chocolate is set, about 15 minutes.
  3. In small bowl, microwave dark chocolate until melted, stirring in 30-second intervals.
  4. Dip toothpick into dark chocolate and use to draw “faces” on biscotti. Let set.
